Multilayer circuit board
The research and development of a sample patch multilayer circuit board is also called a multilayer PCB. It is a circuit board used in the fields of electrical appliances, electronics, industry, and artificial intelligence equipment. The multilayer circuit board uses more single-sided or double-sided wiring board. Use one double-sided as inner layer, two single-sided as outer layer or two double-sided as inner layer and two single-sided as outer layer printed circuit boards, alternately together and conductive pattern through positioning system and insulating bonding material Printed circuit boards that are interconnected according to design requirements become four-layer and six-layer printed circuit boards, also known as multilayer printed circuit boards. The structure is as follows: 1. Signal layer
AlTIum Designer can provide up to 32 signal layers, and the R&D sample patch includes the top layer, bottom layer and middle layer. The layers can be connected to each other through through holes, blind holes and buried holes.
(1) Top signal layer
Also called component layer, it is mainly used to place components. For double-layer boards and multi-layer boards, it can be used to arrange wires or copper.
(2) The underlying signal layer
Also called soldering layer, it is mainly used for wiring and welding. For double-layer boards and multilayer boards, it can be used to place components.
(3) Intermediate signal layer
There can be up to 30 layers, which are used to arrange signal lines in multi-layer boards. Power lines and ground lines are not included here.
2. Internal power layer
Usually referred to as the internal electrical layer, it only appears in multilayer boards. The number of layers of the R&D sample PCB board generally refers to the sum of the signal layer and the internal electrical layer. Same as the signal layer, the inner electric layer and the inner electric layer, and the inner electric layer and the signal layer can be connected to each other through through holes, blind holes and buried holes.
